This is the time of year everyone makes a New Years Resolution – everything from quitting smoking to losing weight. Well I feel that perhaps companies should also make some resolutions and to that end here is my resolution for Endress|Analytics, LLC for 2009: Endress|Analytics, LLC will make a committment to customer service.

In the past decade I personally have noticed a steady decline in customer service from companies and I know I can’t be the only one frustrated by this. Companies no longer seem to be considerate of their customers, and can at times even be quite rude when you call for service.

With this committment I pledge the following:

  1. Reply to client requests in a timely manner (no more than 1-2 business days).
  2. Always be courteous to the client – service with a smile!
  3. Go the extra mile when necessary to meet a clients needs.
  4. If I am unable to meet a clients needs, try and help the client find someone who can.

I am the kind of person who will be fiercely loyal to a company who shows me this level of service, and I have high hopes that any clients of mine in 2009 will appreciate this level of service the same way I do.

Happy New Year!
